Article 1. Prohibition of Bribery and Solicitation

All employees of SH Technology are strictly prohibited from receiving or offering money, entertainment/hospitality, travel/convenience, confidential information, undue benefits, or bribes from or to stakeholders during the course of their duties.

Article 2. Conflict of Interest

All employees of SH Technology must avoid any situation where personal interests may conflict with the company's interests and must perform their duties with fairness and impartiality.

Article 3. Prohibition of Insider Trading

All employees of SH Technology are prohibited from improperly using confidential and material non-public information obtained in the course of their duties for trading, directing others to trade, sharing information, or pursuing personal gains.

Article 4. Prohibition of Abuse of Authority

All employees of SH Technology must not abuse their authority to impose undue disadvantages on colleagues, partners, or customers.

Article 5. Fair Contract Execution

SH Technology selects and evaluates its partners through transparent and fair processes and faithfully complies with written contracts and related provisions (e.g., intellectual property, security, compliance).

Article 6. Compliance with Intellectual Property and Trademark Rights

All employees of SH Technology respect the intellectual property rights of the company and third parties and are prohibited from infringing upon the rights of others.

Article 7. Protection of Personal Information

All employees of SH Technology comply with personal information protection laws and internal policies and prevent unauthorized use, access, sharing, or leakage of personal information.
